Here’s my layout for the week. 

Some notes:

  • The blue boxes next to the days of the week are for me to track my mood with different faces for how I feel through out the day.
  • The numbers at the bottom are for me to highlight the sleep I get. Next time I’d probably put the hours 9pm – 10am and then ellipses for 11am – 8pm.
  • I haven’t quite picked out quotes for the rest of the space.

If you are on the fence about bullet journaling, I highly recommend trying it!
