This is my spread for the week. This is the second week using this spread, and I really like the way everything fits.

I’ve tried to keep the goals section short so that I have a better chance of meeting more of them.

I started tracking my mood in the blue column at the right side of each day. It’s a way to try and see overall how my moods are.

Highlighting the squares was done usingĀ brush pens. They work really well and don’t smear the felt tip markers.
